- If we are unable to start the service on the scheduled date and the delay is solely our responsibility, you are entitled to a full refund.

Such requests must be submitted within three (3) business days from the delivery of the service. We reserve the right to attempt rectification of the issue within a reasonable timeframe before a refund is issued.
Non-refundable Circumstances:
