Refund Eligibility

    • If you cancel your order before work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund. Notification of the commencement of work is provided to you via email or direct communication from our team.
  2. Non-Start of Service:
    • If we are unable to start the service on the scheduled date and the delay is solely our responsibility, you are entitled to a full refund.
  3. Service Not as Described:
    • If the delivered service significantly deviates from the description provided on Aichatbotkit.com, you may request a modification or a refund. Such requests must be submitted within three (3) business days from the delivery of the service. We reserve the right to attempt rectification of the issue within a reasonable timeframe before a refund is issued.
